  1. Commission Rate: Vendors agree that tukpick.com will retain a commission of 30% on the final sale price of each product sold through the platform.
  2. Product Listing: Vendors understand that they can list their products on tukpick.com free of charge. However, the platform reserves the right to approve or reject any product listing at its discretion.
  3. Product Packaging and Shipping Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for adequately packaging their products for safe transportation and ensuring timely shipping to customers. Any issues arising from inadequate packaging or delayed shipping will be the vendor’s responsibility.
  4. Product Quality Assurance: Vendors warrant that all products listed on tukpick.com meet the specified quality standards and accurately represent the product description and images provided.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Vendors agree to abide by www.tukpick.com’s return and refund policies, which may require accepting returns for defective or misrepresented products and issuing refunds accordingly.
  6. Customer Communication: Vendors must maintain prompt and professional communication with customers regarding order inquiries, shipping updates, and any other related matters.
  7. Intellectual Property Rights: Vendors warrant that they have the necessary rights or permissions to sell the products listed on tukpick.com and agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties.
  8. Prohibited Products: Vendors shall not list any products on tukpick.com that are illegal, prohibited, or infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited products include but are not limited to counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, and items deemed inappropriate by www.tukpick.com.
  9. Account Termination: tukpick.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend a vendor’s account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by the platform.
  10. Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold tukpick.com harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes with customers, intellectual property infringement, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
