It’s a complicate process and we cut on the coconut palm, and the liquid sap is collected in the organic pots. The sap is placed in the heat under slow process for 4-6 hours. Then continuous stirring is made using wooden stick and remove all the moisture, resulting the concentrated syrup subsequently dehydrated and turns to granulated crystals and coconut sugar is produced.
