6 Simple Steps of Cooking: 1. Heat Ghee/Oil in Pressure Cooker. 2. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté until brown. 3. Add the main ingredients(veg/non-veg) and sauté till it becomes pale. 4. Add 3 spoons of instant biryani spice mix for approx 1/4kg of biryani rice. 5. Add required salt, water/coconut milk. 6. Add soaked rice to it and pressure cook for 1 high whistle and cook until done.
