How to Use:
1) Take 1 cup of Adai mix and mix thoroughly with 1 cup of water to make it as a thick batter.
2) Rest the batter for 20 minutes and make Adai dosa in a tava.
3) Add some butter on hot Adai for added taste serve it with Avial / Jaggery powder.
