4 Simple Steps of Cooking: 1. Fry 200 gms mushrooms in hot oil in a cooker/ pan until lightly brown. 2. Add 1 sachet of instant mushroom spice mix and sprinkle required salt to taste. 3. Cover and cook with required water (approx. 250ml) for 1 sachet. Add coconut milk if the curry is spicy or for gravy consistency. 4. Cook until done.
